E is for ENJOY
Remember how the Universe loves all that positive energy? A little bit of what you fancy will do you the world of good. Your happy vibe will draw more good stuff in. Can’t be bad!

That ‘attitude of gratitude’ for all your current blessings will work wonders. Whatever difficulties you may be dealing with at the moment there are always things to be thankful for.

Whatever your spiritual leanings maybe, do find time for meditation, and if you can’t sit still enjoy a walk out in nature! Spirit flourishes in the great outdoors and you may well find answers to your questions more easily there, away from the hurly burly of normal life.

T is for TODAY
Never forget the value of living in the present moment. By all means learn from the past and look back at happy memories. Plan with enthusiasm for the future too, and smile at what joys are yet to come. But never forget today is what truly matters. Don’t waste a moment of it.

E is for EGG
Eggs are a symbol of ‘new birth’. Whether you just eat a chocolate egg at Easter or have the chance to marvel at a tiny chick hatching from its temporary home, never forget the miracle of new birth.  I wonder, what can you give birth to now?

R is for REST

So many of us work really hard and forget the regenerative value of a good rest. Stopping and doing nothing is actually of real value. I will leave you now with Lin Yutang’s wonderful comment ‘If you can spend a perfectly useless afternoon in a perfectly useless manner, you have learned how to live’.

Have a very happy Easter. Namaste
